There are 4 very large pots (2 12 quart, 1 each 18 quart & 27 quart) lots of roasters and baking sheets. (I have one more that I will take.) There are large mixing and serving bowls. I didn't see platters but with all the roasters and baking sheets that shouldn't be a problem. Most of these items were in the kitchen of the downstairs unit which ... Hey!
